Managing Members
The Members page is your central view of everyone in your EquipFlow organization. From here you can see all active members, manage their roles, and handle pending invitations.
The All Members table
The main table shows every active member with their name, email address, current role, and the date they joined.
Use the search field at the top of the table to find a specific person by name or email address.
Roles
Every member has one of four roles. Roles control what someone can see and do inside EquipFlow.
- Learner — The default role for new members. Learners can only see their own My Learning dashboard and the courses assigned to them. They cannot browse other members, view course admin tools, or access settings.
- Creator — Can create and edit courses, view all course enrollments, and manage cohorts. Cannot access organization settings or manage member roles. Good for ministry leaders who own training content but don't need full admin access.
- Admin — Full access to courses, members, cohorts, and organization settings, including Planning Center integration, billing, and member roles.
Changing a member's role
Use the Role dropdown directly in the member's table row to assign a new role. The change takes effect immediately — the member's access updates on their next page load.
You must be an Admin to change roles.
Pending invites
The Pending Invites section shows invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted. From here you can resend an expired invitation or cancel one that was sent in error. See Inviting Members for more detail on how invitations work.
