Is the Starter plan really free forever? +
Yes. Starter is free with no time limit and no credit card required. It's designed for two groups: small churches running a handful of training courses for their volunteers, and larger churches piloting EquipFlow with a single ministry team before rolling it out more broadly. If your pilot outgrows the 5-course or 50-learner limits, upgrade to Equip anytime.
What counts as an 'active course'? +
An active course is any course currently published and available to learners. You can archive courses at any time to free up slots on Starter. Archived courses and their completion data are never deleted.
How does Planning Center SSO work? +
Your volunteers sign in to EquipFlow using their existing Planning Center identity. No separate passwords, no separate accounts. It's included on every plan — even Starter.
What does 'PCO Workflow automation' mean? +
When someone enters a specific step in a Planning Center Workflow, EquipFlow automatically assigns them the right training course. When they finish, EquipFlow writes completion data back to Planning Center and advances their workflow card — no manual intervention required.
How does hosted video work across plans? +
Starter uses YouTube and Vimeo embeds only — great if your content already lives on those platforms. Equip adds 50 GB of hosted video so you can upload private videos directly inside EquipFlow. Multiply includes unlimited hosted video. Embeds are free on every plan and don't count against your storage.
How much video can I actually fit in 50 GB? +
At typical training bitrates, expect roughly 25–50 hours of 1080p video or 50–100 hours of 720p — actual capacity depends on your encoder and length of clips. If you need more, Multiply includes unlimited hosted video.
What about image and file storage? +
Assets (logos, course images, PDFs, and other uploads) use a separate storage pool from video. Starter includes 1 GB, Equip includes 5 GB, and Multiply includes 100 GB. You can see both quotas on your organization settings page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime? +
Yes. You can move between plans at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your current billing cycle completes before the change takes effect.
Do learner counts affect pricing on paid plans? +
No. Equip and Multiply both include unlimited learners. We don't believe in charging you more because your church is growing.
